These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at portsmouthinsulation.com (the "Site") and your engagement ofAdvanced Portsmouth Insulation ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") for insulation services. By accessing the Site or requesting services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or engage our services.

Any estimate provided by Advanced Portsmouth Insulation - whether submitted via the Site form, by phone, or by email - is valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated in writing. Estimates are based on visible conditions at the time of assessment.
If additional work is identified after a project begins due to conditions that were not visible during the initial estimate (for example, concealed moisture damage or structural issues), we will notify you before proceeding with any work outside the original scope.
Work will not begin until a written estimate has been reviewed and accepted by the customer. Verbal agreements are not binding on Advanced Portsmouth Insulation.
Payment terms are specified in the written estimate or service agreement provided before work begins. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of the project. We accept check, bank transfer, and major credit cards. A deposit may be required for larger projects - this will be specified in the estimate.
Accounts not paid within 30 days of the invoice date may be subject to a finance charge of 1.5 percent per month on the outstanding balance, or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is less. You agree to pay all costs of collection, including reasonable attorney fees, if collection action becomes necessary.
Advanced Portsmouth Insulation warrants that services will be performed in a workmanlike manner and that materials installed will conform to specifications stated in the estimate. Specific warranty terms, including duration and coverage, are outlined in the written service agreement provided at the time of project acceptance.
Product warranties are provided by the manufacturer of the materials installed, not byAdvanced Portsmouth Insulation. We will provide you with relevant product documentation and assist you in understanding your warranty coverage.
Warranties do not cover damage resulting from actions taken by parties other thanAdvanced Portsmouth Insulation after project completion, structural movement, flooding, or other events outside our control.

Failure to provide access at the scheduled time may result in a trip charge or rescheduling fee as described in your service agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Advanced Portsmouth Insulation will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our services - including loss of profits, loss of data, or damage to property not caused by our negligence.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the services we provide is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.
All content on the Site - including text, images, logos, and design - is the property ofAdvanced Portsmouth Insulation or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written permission.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over the content of those sites and accept no responsibility for them. Linking to a third-party site does not imply our endorsement of that site or its content.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved in the courts of Rockingham County, New Hampshire, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Before initiating any formal legal action, you agree to contact us in good faith at sales@portsmouthinsulation.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will post the revised Terms on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
